- Who is BeadsXL? |
BeadsXL is a Dutch company that deals with all kinds of activities in the field of jewelry and jewelry making. We have a wholesale shop where we sell our own imported products to wholesale customers (this webshop). We also have a retail division, Principessa, where we offer our products to retail customers. We also give jewelry making workshops for groups from 2 to over 100 participants, both for individuals and for companies. We have been around since 2006 and are located in Maassluis, near Rotterdam in The Netherlands. BeadsXL is part of the Nino Valentino Trade Group. More information can be found at About us. |

- How can I become a customer of BeadsXL? |
If you want to be a customer with us you can register on our site. First, click on Login and then choose to sign up as a new customer. We ask you to fill out your ddress details. Once you have registered we will check your registration and authorize you as a customer. After authorization you will receive an email. If you are authorized, you can login, see prices and place an order with us. |

- How can I place an order with you? |
This is done like this: - Fill your cart with the items you need - If you are satisfied with your order, click on "Checkout" - If you ever have ordered with us previously, you need to login at this point, otherwise you first need to fill out some personal information - In four steps you can finalize your order, after each screen click "next": - 1. Shipping Information: Indicate whether your order needs to be sent to your home address or to another address, or if you want to pick up your order at our warehouse. You can also make special remarks regarding your order at this point - 2. Payment Information: Specify whether the billing address is correct and whether you have a discount code that you want to use - 3. Order Confirmation: Gives you a recap of your order. Please look everything over carefully once more and confirm your order: Check the box where you agree to our terms and conditions and press the confirm button - 4. Final screen: Your order has been made. Thanks you for that. You will receive an email from us confirming your order. |

- It seems I am not able to finish my order, I keep on returning to my shopping cart. |
If you are unable to finalize your order and always come back to your shopping cart then there are items in your order that are not in stock. There are three red asterisks next to the relevant articles. Reduce the number of products or remove the item completely. Once there are no more red asterisks you can finalize your order. |

- Do you have a discount system? |
Yes, we have a discount system for larger orders: - Orders over 200 Euros (ex. VAT) - 6% discount. - Orders over 300 Euros (ex. VAT) - 8% discount. - Orders over 400 Euros (ex. VAT) - 10% discount. - Orders over 500 Euros (ex. VAT) - 12% discount.
The discount is automatically calculated during Check Out of your order and you can see this on the confirmation screen at Check Out. It may also be that you have received a discount code from us. You can use this code in the Payment Information screen as you check out your order. The discount will be automatically calculated based on the total amount and you can see this on the confirmation screen at Check Out. |

Payment and shipping |
- How long does it take for my order to be delivered? |
If you place your order on a working day before 16:00 hrs (CET) and use a direct payment method (Paypal, Bancontact, Giropay, iDeal) then your order will be shipped the same day. If you use a bank wire payment then we will ship your order as soon as we have received your payment. We use PostNL and TNT for delivery and depending on the country delivery will normally take 1 or 2 working days.

- When and how can I pay? |
A direct payment (Paypal, Bancontact, Giropay, iDeal) is immediately registered with us. If you bank wire the order amount to us then it is up to your and our bank how long it takes before we receive the payment. Normally, payments are registered with us the next day, but it can take longer. Also please note that payments in or around the weekend sometimes take more time to process. |

- I have received an email saying my order has been shipped but it is still not delivered. |
We ship with PostNL or TNT. Normally, your order will be delivered within several working days after dispatch. Unfortunately, shipments can sometimes take longer: Up to a week or more to deliver. Please make absolutely sure that the delivery address is filled in properly. If your order has not been delivered after week since notice of dispatch, please contact us. We will always try to solve the problem. |

- Why do you ask for a contribution for administration and shipment costs? |
For smaller orders we unfortunately have to ask for a contribution in shipping and handling. This is necessary in order to cover the relatively large overhead we have for small orders. This may seem like a lot in relation to, for example, the order costs. However, remember that the costs are only a small part of the fixed costs we incur for an order such as the cost of personnel and packing |

- Do you have a minimum order amount? |
Yes, we have a minimum order amount of € 25,00, excluding VAT and shipping costs to reduce the relatively high overhead costs for small orders. |

- Do you have a shop or a show room? |
No, we have not. Therefore, we can be so cheap. We have as little fixed costs as possible so you as a customer benefit from it because we can maintain low prices. Products that you do not like can always be returned within 14 days, if ununused, undamaged and in original packaging |

- How can I return products? |
All products that you have ordered with us may always be returned, in accordance with our terms, with our no-questions-asked return policy within 14 days. Returns must be unused, undamaged, and, as much as possible, in the original packing. The products must also be properly packaged and posted at your own expense. Products can be returned to:

If you find that a product does not meet the specifications, please contact us first. Together we can then determine whether the product is indeed inappropriate, and we may possibly decide to take a product in return at our expense. |

- My product is different (color/size) than I had expected. |
To avoid disappointment we do our utmost to show the products that you buy from us as well as possible on our website and to describe the dimensions as exact as possible. Slight variations in color and dimensions are always possible, because our products are often handmade. Also, a color may be different than the picture, due to the display settings that you use to view our site. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may always return it in accordance with our terms and conditions within 14 days, provided the product is returned to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. You will get your money refunded. |

- An ordered product is damaged on arrival, what do I need to do? |
That is of course very annoying and we will always try to avoid this by wrapping our products well and sending it in sturdy packaging. If upon receipt a product is damaged, despite our concerns, then you must let us know ASAP. At our expense we will provide you with a new product or will refund the cost. |

- The soap beads that I have received get moist and seem to 'sweat' after some time. |
This is a normal phenomenon with soap. After a period of time moisture from within the soap shows as a kind of condensation on the outside. This is particularly noticeable if you leave soap in a sealed plastic container for a long time. It does not really affect the quality of the soap. You can do use a damp cloth on the soap and just use it afterwards. |
